The logo illustrates three different characters of men and women, tall and short, young and old, each with different color: blue, yellow, red, the colors of the summit (black invites the observer to join in with his own color). Each character in the logo walks in a circle with its hands up, a position that gives the best possible sense of collaboration.

On the background of the logo, there is a plant whose growth appears to be graphically designed or even engineered. This plant has a stem, branches and leaves. One branch is colored, where each leaf has the color of the summit, blue, yellow or red.

Together these people create growth. Each person expresses and contributes his/her uniqueness (color) to all and the growth is affected by the uniqueness of each person while nobody can control the circle or her/his creature This a  very strong union based particularly on the different people acting from a place of sharing.

The characters in the logo can be people, manufacturers, customers, suppliers, appliers, advisors and even family member and friends.

Each group, mixed or homogeneous, should connect together, combining the highest possible level of understanding of each individual: who he is, what he excels in, what his job is and what he wants to do or achieve from the partnership, along with true, respectful listening to the wishes of others.

The group is the one that should help the individual, by reflecting his/her own value and by helping him/her identifying and defining his/her uniqueness. The connection between partners which creates the partnership circle is based on recognition of  the differences between partners.
